001) You need a site or an iconator account.
002) You must add some sort of animation to the icon.
003) Don't altar the background, at all.
004) If you put your icon on iconator, you must link back to my site.
005) You must have email or some way for us to communicate.
006) You must use one of the backgrounds below.
007) To show you read the rules put "edwardcullen<3" in the "comments" section.
008) You must credit to the background if you showcase on your site.
009) I will reply if you're denied, leave a comment if you don't get an email!
010) Do not apply in cutenews or in the cbox.
011) You can't trick people into voting for you (redirecting your site, etc.)
012) If you don't win, thats not my fault, so don't blame me.
013) You must put the button up when voting starts.
014) Hope those aren't too many rules for you...? So go on...sign up! :]
**I won't put the icons up until voting begins, so contestants don't steal other contestants ideas, etc.
