I'm turning THIS into THIS.

Paste the picture in PSP.
Duplicate the background and set it to overlay.
Create a new layout and fill with this graident:
Set it to lighten 50%:
Merge all the layers together!
Go to adjust >> sharpen >> high pass sharpen
Set it hardlight 30%



Create a new layout, fill with black, set to overlay 100%
